Donald Trump will officially become the 47th President of the United States and return to the White House on January 20. The inauguration ceremony will begin at 10:30 PM Beijing time on January 20, 2025, and will include a formal swearing-in ceremony, musical performances, a celebratory parade, and a series of formal balls. Musical performances and opening remarks will begin at 9:30 AM EST on the main stage on the West Lawn of the US Capitol. Afterwards, Trump and Vance will hold the swearing-in ceremony, and the President will also deliver an inaugural address outlining his goals for the next four years. Afterwards, Trump will travel to the President's office near the Senate to sign important documents and attend a luncheon hosted by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inauguration. Later that evening, Trump will attend three inaugural balls - the Commander-in-Chief Ball, the Freedom Inaugural Ball, and the Stars and Stripes Ball, and is expected to speak at all three events.
