Systematically expand the scope of financial institutions, increase support for technological innovation and the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the convenience of capital and financial account transactions in international payments, and support multinational companies with investment or registration in the local area to carry out cross-border fund concentration operations in RMB. Deepen the pilot program for Qualified Foreign Limited Partners (QFLP). Innovate and develop new types of offshore international trade.
