This is what happens in social media. People see a post they don’t fully understand and then make assumptions like it’s fact. Until a judge rules that I can’t represent Linqto customers, I can. Bill Sarris filed a motion and submitted an affidavit that it not even close to being accurate or truthful. In the next 6 days I’ll file my response to his motion to disqualify me. There will likely be an oral argument on the motion. The judge will then rule. Remember, the SEC filed a Complaint saying XRP was a security. It didn’t make it true, it was an allegation. Same concept applies here. Later, the judge ruled XRP was not a security. That’s how this works.(John E Deaton)
