Recently, a partner asked me to talk about #SOL, saying they have lost some confidence and hope to get a boost.

Indeed, the overall market liquidity has not been good lately, and #SOL, as our second largest position in the beta strategy after #BTC, has also seen significant pullbacks. However, we remain confident and are prepared to be long-term holders. Let me give a few examples of events.

1️⃣ Currently, in the overall chain's low and gloomy state, #SOL still accounts for 80% of all blockchain usage. #BTC ranks second, accounting for 5%.

2️⃣ The SIMD-0228 proposal drafted by core players like #Multicoin will be a major deflationary plan, reducing the original annual inflation rate from 4.8% to 0.87% (with ETH's inflation rate around 0.5%), an 82% reduction. This will greatly reduce the dilution of #SOL token prices due to inflation.

So, based on our basic logic (which may not be correct):

Step 1: Release a massive amount of unlocked tokens as a negative factor (the costs for three institutions are $64, $95, and $102 respectively), guiding a sell-off to create a better price for chip collection.

Step 2: Through the SIMD-0228 deflationary plan, reduce the dilution of large shareholders' token rights to achieve effective control.

Step 3: Release positive news, such as the Firedancer upgrade, government-related collaborations, and the #SOL conference in New York from May 19 to 23, to drive up prices.

Step 4: Approval of the SOL ETF, either on June 9 or August 8, will bring in a massive influx of funds.

Step 5: The #SOL ecosystem gradually becomes robust, with thriving sectors like AI, RWA, PAYFI, DEPIN, MEME, etc., pushing the market cap to over $300 billion, becoming the largest public chain by market cap globally.
