According to incomplete statistics from RootData, during the period from March 3 to March 9, 2025, there were a total of 16 public financing events in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with a cumulative financing amount of approximately $255 million.

From the distribution of sectors, the projects that received financing were mainly concentrated in the infrastructure and AI sectors. Popular projects include the decentralized AI protocol Prime Intellect, the Bitcoin ecosystem stablecoin project Aegis, the AI Agent service company MelodAI, and the Solana ecosystem DePIN project Shaga.

In addition, the blockchain asset risk management platform Lockchain.ai announced the completion of a $5 million Series A financing round, led by White Star Capital, with participation from Lerer Hippeau, Arrington Capital, and Sonic Boom Ventures.

French Crypto Market Maker Flowdesk Completes $52 Million Series B Follow-On Financing, Led by HV Capital

French crypto market maker and liquidity provider Flowdesk has completed a $52 million Series B follow-on financing, with 80% being equity financing and approximately 20% ($10.2 million) being debt financing. The equity financing round was led by European investment firm HV Capital, with participation from Eurazeo, Cathay Innovation, and ISAI VC, while the debt financing portion was provided by a fund managed by BlackRock. HV Capital also secured a board seat at Flowdesk.
