Today I read a book and learned a term, "emotional freedom." The general meaning is—
For things that haven't started, don't make predictions;
For things that have been decided, don't complain;
For things that are in progress, don't undermine them;
For things that have ended, don't engage in internal conflict.
These four realms correspond to four different stages, each requiring different mental nurturing principles, thus forming a complete cycle of mental resilience—
Maintain strategic stability in uncertainty
Achieve self-reconciliation after making choices
Cultivate a state of flow during the process
Complete cognitive iteration at the end
The strength of an individual lies not in what you can achieve immediately, but in maintaining emotional stability, not overextending your emotions, and choosing to trust every decision you make!
