Day 20|No Fap 30-Day Challenge

No Fap is a form of self-control training that involves stopping masturbation and the consumption of pornographic content to reshape the brain's reward system, strengthen willpower, and enhance focus, productivity, and mental stability.

The challenge has reached 2/3.

My lifestyle is completely different from before the challenge, and I can clearly see that I am slowly changing from who I used to be.

One of the most obvious changes is in my physique.

It's not that avoiding porn and masturbation will automatically improve my body.

Rather, in order to execute this challenge, I force myself to stick to working out no matter what.

Otherwise, the neural pathways in my brain will automatically navigate me to the computer, subconsciously opening that webpage and releasing that incredibly familiar energy.

The next moment I regain control of my body, I'm already reaching for tissues, challenge failed +1, self-blame +1, anxiety +1.

Then that day will enter an infinite loop until I fall asleep.

The worst part is that at night, I still don't want to sleep; I want to do something but lack the motivation, and only lie in bed until dawn.

When the alarm goes off, I don't want to face the world after getting up, so whether I'm awake or not, I will hit snooze 10 times.

Changing this lifestyle, along with working out, controlling my diet, and improving my sleep, has led to immediate changes in my physique.

Whenever I reach the limit of my mindset and feel like I'm about to explode, I look in the mirror. What I see is not my handsome face, but the results of maintaining discipline.
