Day 27|No Fap Abstinence Challenge for 30 Days (Who is the Boss)

Challenge completed 90%, only the last 10% remains.

Sharing my physical and mental changes over the past four weeks:

First week (Days 1-7), Ascending Phase: Testosterone rises quickly, physical functions improve significantly, mind becomes clearer, and goals become defined.

Second week (Days 7-14), Endurance Phase: After the benefits of the ascending phase, this is the stage that tests willpower the most; forcing myself to start thinking and changing neural pathways.

Third week (Days 14-21), Stabilization Phase: Able to recognize desires and the signs that precede them, sense of control significantly increases.

Fourth week (Days 21-28), Restlessness Phase: From the NoFap challenge, I extend my awareness to other bad habits. The angel and the devil are pulling at me.

Now, I feel like I am standing at a crossroads in life, deciding what kind of person I want to become in the future.

If I want to move forward, I must inevitably give up the life that once addicted me, though I can't help but reminisce.

Looking back at my twenties, I had a lot of fun and have no regrets; it's time to step into the next phase.

Finally, I want to ask everyone a question:

Do you think you are the boss or the second in command?

No Fap (abstinence movement) is a self-control practice that refers to not watching pornography, not masturbating, and not indulging in sexual fantasies, with the aim of rebuilding focus, motivation, self-esteem, and energy.
