The Singapore-based cloud Bitcoin miner BitFuFu recorded its most significant production month this year, attributed to the expansion of its mining fleet.

BitFuFu stated that the company mined 445 Bitcoins in June, a month-on-month increase of 11.3%. Of these, 387 Bitcoins (BTC) came from cloud mining, and 58 from self-operated mining.

Leo Lu, Chairman and CEO of BitFuFu, mentioned that June was its "most productive month of 2025," attributing it to "the continued expansion of our mining fleet."

In January this year, BitFuFu announced that it had signed a two-year agreement with mining giant Bitmain to purchase up to 80,000 Bitcoin mining machines.

BitFuFu currently holds 1,792 Bitcoins, valued at over $193 million. In comparison, the largest mining company, MARA Holdings, holds 50,000 Bitcoins, while the second-largest, Riot Platforms, holds 19,225, and the third-largest, CleanSpark, holds 12,608.

BitFuFu's hash rate also increased by 6.2% month-on-month, reaching 36.2 exahash per second (EH/s), of which 32.4 EH/s came from third-party suppliers and hosted clients.

The mining company's power capacity also grew by 11.8% month-on-month, reaching 728 megawatts across five continents.

"Achieving a record 36.2 EH/s hash rate and 728 MW power capacity, we are proud of the strong operational momentum in the first half of the year, reflecting our ability to expand and execute effectively," Lu stated.

BitFuFu (FUFU) shares closed up 1.16% at $3.48 during Monday's trading session. Its stock price has risen 8.82% over the past five days.

In January, BitFuFu's stock price surged 13% to $5.60 due to the two-year agreement with mining giant Bitmain.

Meanwhile, shares of other miners saw significant increases ahead of the Independence Day holiday weekend, with Riot Platforms (RIOT), Hive Digital (HIVE), Hut 8 (HUT8), MARA Holdings (MARA), and Bitfarms (BITF) rising between 13% and 28% over the four trading days leading up to the holiday.

Due to power restrictions in Texas, several Bitcoin mining companies reported a decline in Bitcoin production in June, with Riot Platforms reporting a 12% decrease in May.

Australia-based Bitcoin miner IREN recorded a revenue of AUD 68 million (USD 44 million) in a record month, mainly due to rising Bitcoin prices offsetting the production decline caused by the shorter month of June, the company stated.

IREN mined 620 Bitcoins, down from 627 in May, with an average hash rate of 41.1 EH/s compared to 38.4 EH/s the previous month.

Meanwhile, CleanSpark achieved an operational hash rate of 50 EH/s in June, a 145.1% increase from 20.4 EH/s a year ago. It mined 685 Bitcoins, up from 445 in June 2024.
