All buying and selling data are compiled and summarized by multiple parties. Not to mention that Bloomberg terminals can access the data, almost all participating APs (which can be understood as market makers) can see the data, and all of this is regulated by the SEC. All the $BTC held in custody is in Coinbase and cannot be manipulated by BlackRock itself.

This is not because capitalists are good, but because there is sufficient regulation. It is precisely because of strong regulation that investors dare to put their money in BlackRock. They do not trust BlackRock itself, but the entire regulatory system.
