In my career, I have always been driven by one principle: technology should solve real-life problems, and it should be accessible to people around the world. My story begins in Mexico City. At the age of 13, I received my first computer from my father. The moment I connected to the World Wide Web for the first time changed the trajectory of my life. That moment ignited my lifelong fascination with technology. I began programming and dismantling devices, trying to understand how things worked beneath the surface. Looking back now, it laid the foundation for a mindset rooted in curiosity and experimentation, firmly believing that technological innovation can change lives—just as it changed mine. Even in 2014, I met my wife on Tinder. Most of the significant opportunities in my life have been like this, being in the midst of innovations that can change lives.

This mindset ultimately led me to Bitcoin in 2019. I have long believed in decentralized technology and cryptocurrency; for me, it feels like a game, a non-zero-sum game. While I was fascinated, I also understood the scale of impact it would have on the masses. It would change the way currency operates, it would bring changes to the global financial ecosystem, banking, policy, and regulation, and even begin to establish its own treasury of crypto assets. This is exactly what we see today.

Countries are racing to pilot CBDCs, integrating blockchain into banking infrastructure, and even starting to establish their own crypto asset treasuries.

Before joining Bitget, I held leadership positions at Adobe and SAP, helping complex enterprise technologies expand in global markets. I started with a background in computer engineering and later obtained a second master's degree, majoring in Internet business. This journey taught me a profound lesson: clarity and emotion are as important as computational precision. A product may attract users visually, but what truly brings them back is the experience. I realized that marketing is not about showcasing what the product does; it’s about connecting innovation with mission and clearly articulating "why it matters."

This philosophy fuels my enthusiasm for joining Bitget.

Learning to surf during a vacation in Australia years ago taught me the same lesson: patience, rhythm, and balance are crucial—whether chasing waves or leading a global brand.

My goal is to bring the focus of a builder and a human touch into all our work. We will listen carefully to your feedback, iterate quickly, and strive tirelessly to ensure Bitget becomes the most trusted ecosystem in the crypto space.
