PANews May 5 news, according to the Wall Street Journal, cryptocurrency trading platform Bullish has reached an acquisition agreement worth approximately 4.2 billion dollars (including debt) to acquire the transfer agent Equiniti, in order to advance its tokenization strategy. The transaction is expected to be completed in January next year, pending regulatory approval. Equiniti currently provides services for nearly 3,000 listed companies, including well-known firms such as Berkshire Hathaway and Moody's.
