PANews May 5 news, according to Jin Shi reports, senior security officials from more than ten states in the United States urged artificial intelligence companies to include these states in the front-line model testing, on the grounds that developers currently prefer to cooperate with Washington and large technology companies. In a letter sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, and the CEOs of Microsoft and Google on Tuesday, a group of state chief information security officers, homeland security advisors, and technology officials expressed concern that states continue to be excluded from early access programs. The letter stated: "While we appreciate the launch of new cybersecurity defense initiatives, we are deeply concerned about the current priority given to cooperation with federal partners and large technology companies, while essentially excluding cooperation with state and local agencies that are responsible for providing and protecting many critical services for the nation."
