In August in Beijing, the heat wave is rolling in. From the meals and medicines delivered on time by riders to the packages transported by couriers, the normal operation of city life relies on the quiet dedication of this new employment group. To practically care for the new employment group, earlier this year, the PwC Zhongtian Charity Foundation partnered with the Women's Federation of Chaoyang District to launch the "New Path Always with You" charity initiative, providing diverse support for women in the new employment group and their families. The recently concluded summer camp for children of the new employment group served as an important practice in this series of actions, bringing a fulfilling and meaningful summer growth journey for the children.

Career Enlightenment: Planting Seeds of Dreams at Corporate Open Day
The PwC Corporate Open Day is the highlight of this summer camp, with Foundation Chairman Zhou Xing and Chaoyang District Women’s Federation Vice Chairman Pan Yanhui attending the event. The children, filled with curiosity, visited the PwC Beijing office, establishing an intuitive understanding of the workplace. Volunteers led an icebreaking game called “Guess the Profession,” quickly closing the distance among participants, while interesting explanations of popular emerging professions provided the children with a more vivid understanding of different careers. In the interactive session, the children hands-on made dream profession canvases and pressed their palms on the "Dream Commitment Wall," capturing their beautiful expectations for the future.

Integration of Five Developments: Diverse Courses Brighten Summer Growth
The 5-day summer camp balances learning, practice, and fun, packed with valuable content: indoor courses cover book clubs, non-heritage marquetry painting experiences, Braille handcraft volunteer services, financial literacy and innovation introduction, and youth self-protection education, as well as dedicated time to help children with their summer homework; the research and study practice routes are equally enriching, allowing children to engage in the atmosphere of a top university at Tsinghua University, visit the Beijing Institute of Technology's History Museum and Planetarium to broaden their knowledge, and participate in outdoor frisbee activities to release their energy, truly realizing the combination of learning and play, ensuring parents' peace of mind and children’s fulfillment.

Warm Conclusion: Heartfelt Services Never Stop
The closing ceremony was successfully held at the Laojuntang Gas Station Community Youth Meeting, where a short film reviewed the highlights of the 5 days of camp. Student representatives showcased their learning achievements and shared their growth insights, while parent representatives expressed their sincere recognition of the warm arrangements for the activities. This summer camp concluded perfectly with a group photo. In the future, the Foundation's "New Path Always with You" project will continue to refine more activities that meet the needs, consistently being companions for the new employment group and their families, bringing warmth to more people, accompanying every lovely family, and growing toward the sun together with this city.
