I will scold people if they don't use thousand separators. For example, when looking at the bank balance shown by a friend, seeing such continuous numbers gives me a headache.

I don't understand why some, including banks, are unwilling to use thousand separators? Don't they find it uncomfortable to look at? Maybe seven or eight-digit numbers can still be managed, but won't a number with more than ten digits make you lose count?

I just looked; almost all accounts in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the United States have thousand separators. In China, China Merchants Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank have thousand separators, Alipay has thousand separators, but WeChat does not have thousand separators. Especially some data reports also lack thousand separators, making them very difficult to read.
