The globally leading comprehensive cryptocurrency mining pool ViaBTC has announced a collaboration with Mempool for Bitcoin transaction acceleration. According to the collaboration arrangement, ViaBTC will rely on its own Bitcoin mining pool infrastructure, block construction, and transaction processing capabilities to provide acceleration support for transactions that meet the standards, helping more users improve their Bitcoin transaction confirmation experience.
When the Bitcoin network becomes congested or the transaction fee is set too low, some transactions may remain unconfirmed for a long time. To help users alleviate transaction confirmation delays, ViaBTC launched the Bitcoin transaction accelerator in 2016, offering both free and paid acceleration options, and has continued to improve the products and underlying technology since then. As of September 16, 2026, ViaBTC has accelerated over 800,000 BTC transactions in total.
This collaboration is a step for ViaBTC in its ongoing expansion of Bitcoin infrastructure ecological partnerships. Since its launch in 2016, ViaBTC has experienced multiple market cycles and Bitcoin halvings, accumulating ten years of mining pool operation and technology development experience. These accumulations are the foundation of its services for global miners and provide support for the continuous expansion of services such as transaction acceleration. The collaboration with Mempool further extends the service scope of ViaBTC's mining pool infrastructure, applying long-accumulated technical capabilities to a wider range of Bitcoin ecological scenarios.
Yang Haipo, founder and CEO of ViaBTC, stated that miners' long-term trust comes from reliable daily operations and continuous investment in technology and services. Regardless of market changes, ViaBTC prioritizes the security, stability, and efficient operation of the mining pool. This collaboration with Mempool is a step in expanding ecological collaboration based on years of technological and operational accumulation. In the future, ViaBTC will continue to focus on miners' needs, improve infrastructure, and provide support for miners' long-term development and the continued operation of the Bitcoin network.
This collaboration does not affect the existing service entry points and usage methods of the ViaBTC transaction accelerator. Users can still submit compliant transaction IDs through the official ViaBTC website and app, and inquire about acceleration records and processing status.
In the future, ViaBTC will continue to build around the security, stability, and operational efficiency of mining pool infrastructure, continuously improve products and services for miners. Meanwhile, ViaBTC will explore more collaborations with block explorers, wallets, and other Bitcoin infrastructure service partners to expand the application scenarios of its technical capabilities. Through ongoing technological investment and ecological collaboration, ViaBTC hopes to provide broader and more reliable infrastructure support for the Bitcoin ecosystem while serving global miners well.
