Multipolitan releases 2025 ranking of the most friendly crypto cities: Ljubljana, Hong Kong, and Zurich rank in the top three

According to the "2025 Plus Good City Index" report released by Multipolitan, Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, ranked first in the world with 173 points, Hong Kong and Zurich tied for second place with 172 points, and Singapore and Abu Dhabi ranked fourth and fifth respectively. This list evaluates the level of encryption friendliness of cities through five indicators: regulatory environment, tax system, wealth and quality of life, digital infrastructure, and encryption infrastructure. The report points out that encrypted wealth is accelerating its migration from regulatory unfriendly regions to emerging encrypted financial centers with clear policies and well-developed infrastructure, such as the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other places. In the future, the focus of finance may shift from traditional financial cities to global emerging cities that prioritize encryption.
