Mexican billionaire Ricardo Salinas: Real estate is a bad investment, it's better to invest in Bitcoin

According to Bitcoin.com, Ricardo Salinas Pliego, the fifth richest person in Mexico and owner of TV Azteca and Grupo Electra, presented investment advice to fans on social media platform X, promoting Bitcoin. He bluntly stated that investing in real estate is not a wise move, stating that "real estate is a bad investment, don't be fooled by appearances", and advised potential investors to stay away from the field. He stated that 'buying a house for personal use is consumption, buying a house for rent is nonsense', and investing in Bitcoin is more advisable in comparison. Salinas also joked that adopting this suggestion could help one become one of the few billionaires in the world.
