The US Drug Enforcement Agency and FBI have seized $10 million worth of cryptocurrency related to the Sinaloa drug trafficking group

According to Cointelegraph, the US Department of Justice has revealed that the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have seized $10 million worth of cryptocurrency related to the Sinaloa drug trafficking group in a joint operation in Miami, Florida. Sinaloa Group is one of the six transnational drug trafficking terrorist organizations recognized by the US government. The son of the group leader Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman has pleaded guilty in Chicago.
