Remember when the SEC’s top prosecutor, Jorge Tenreiro, misled a federal judge, claiming I threatened to beat up SEC officials (because of an X post where I said the only way to deal with a bully is to punch back), asking the judge to throw me off the Ripple XRP case as amicus counsel?
