I see higher highs (uptrend confirmation). I see a clear "breakout, retest, rebound" setup. I actually see 2 of them from 2 different bases. I acknowledge that it isn't guaranteed to produce a rally. But I think it's worthwhile to expect one, based on the nature of the trend. (Caleb Franzen)
